1. Refund Eligibility
1.1. Refunds for the appointment fees are applicable only in certain circumstances as outlined below:
- If the advocate cancels or reschedules the appointment, and an agreeable alternative cannot be reached.
- In case of a technical failure on our platform resulting in the loss of the scheduled appointment.
- If you encounter any fraudulent activity during the payment process.
- If the appointment is not initiated or could not be conducted due to circumstances beyond your control, such as serious illness, hospitalization, or other emergency situations. Appropriate documentation may be required in such cases.
1.2. Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- If you fail to attend the scheduled appointment without providing prior notice to the advocate.
- If you are dissatisfied with the outcome or advice provided during the appointment.
- If you miss the scheduled appointment due to your own negligence or technical issues on your end.
2. Refund Process
2.1. To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the appointment’s scheduled date and time. Please provide your booking details, including the advocate’s name, date, and time of the appointment, along with a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
2.2. Our customer support team will review your request and investigate the issue to determine if you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined in section 1. If your request meets the refund eligibility conditions, we will process the refund accordingly.
2.3. Refunds will be made through the original payment method used for the appointment booking. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
3. Advocate Cancellation or Rescheduling
3.1. In the event that an advocate cancels or reschedules an appointment, we will make every effort to provide you with an alternative appointment time that suits your schedule. If no suitable alternative is available or agreed upon, you will be eligible for a full refund of the appointment fees.
4. Changes to Appointments
4.1. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must notify the advocate and our customer support team as soon as possible. Refunds for appointments that are canceled or rescheduled by you will be subject to the refund eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1.
